Welcome to imgpile. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the guidelines and restrictions regarding the use of our platform and services. By accessing and using imgpile, you agree to comply with this AUP and any applicable laws and regulations.

1. Lawful Use

You must use imgpile only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal content.
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Distributing harmful or malicious software.

2. Respectful Conduct

We value a respectful and positive community. You must not use imgpile to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
Publish or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
Engage in behavior that is disruptive to the platform or other users.

3. Content Restrictions

You are responsible for the content you upload and share on imgpile. You must not upload or share:

Sexual content involving minors. This is prohibited absolutely and will be reported to law enforcement.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (so-called "revenge porn") or sexual content featuring any identifiable person who has not consented to its distribution.
Violent or graphic content depicting real-world harm, abuse, or gore.
Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.
Content that violates the privacy or personal rights of others.

4. Adult (NSFW) Content

Legal adult content featuring consenting adults is permitted on imgpile, provided you comply with the rules above. When uploading adult content you must:

Mark the post as NSFW using the toggle on the post page. NSFW posts are hidden from public feeds, tag pages, and search results unless viewers explicitly opt in; direct links and your profile still work.
Not post adult content to which you do not hold distribution rights.

Untagged adult content may be auto-marked NSFW by our moderation system. Repeatedly failing to tag adult content may result in account restrictions.

5. Security

You must not compromise the security of imgpile or its users. Prohibited actions include:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Tampering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure.
Introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful code.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. You must not:

Upload or share content that you do not have the right to use.
Infringe upon the copyrights or trademarks of others.

7. Reporting Violations
