‘Fabricate’ has taken ‘wrapping a bulb’ to some kind of art not only by the process of doing it but also by the light shade resulted. Adding to its advantage is the simplicity and variations. The components required include a spiral wire frame, an electric light fitting, and the light shade made of a piece of fabric with a pocket (or pockets) woven in. housing the spiral frame, the pocket creates a sphere at the centre for the the light fitting. Looking at the pictures presented will clearly explain this. More interesting is the resulting affect. Practically, one can choose among many different colors and unlimited possibilities of different pattern; the shape of the pocket could be square, round or even oval; and if you have a big room and you need something big and impressive instead of compact and intimate, your creativity is the limit.
